Born at the foot of Concarena the farm and breeding "Wakinyan Ranch" in order to introduce and spread the western riding in Valcamonica. "Wakinyan" is a word Lakota, Indian nation in North America, which means "Thunder Beings" higher beings who dwell in the west on a rocky mountain like Concarena; to honor them and to ask for the protection it was decided to call it that the Ranch. At the "Wakinyan Ranch" horses are bred and prepared according to the "Lakota heci" universal way of being related with the nature and see the man beyond what mere human mind can imagine, understand and accept the life of the twenty second century.
